Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields.
• Internship experience in Manufacturing, Production, Operations, or related fields is an added advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills; able to work independently and in a team.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support daily business and service operations to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.
• Monitor and track key operational performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collect, analyze, and consolidate operational data for reporting purposes.
• Prepare operational reports and summaries for management review.
• Assist in managing customer feedback and ticketing systems, ensuring issues are recorded, tracked, and followed up.
• Support after-sales operations and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of operational activities.
• Assist in project coordination, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Perform administrative and operational duties as assigned by supervisors.
• Participate in ad-hoc assignments and business improvement projects.
