You will respond promptly to customer queries, assist with reporting and filing, and provide administrative support across divisions. Ad-hoc assignments may be assigned as needed to maintain operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operational tasks for the Company to ensure smooth running of daily operation.
• Ensure full adoption and comply with workflow or standard operation procedures
• Handle day-to day inventory operation, reporting, filing, etc
• Performs administrative and division support activities.
• To respond in a professional and timely manner to any customer query/complaint and to facilitate its prompt resolution.
• To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
