Job summary

Trancy Logistics (M) Sdn. Bhd. in Shah Alam is seeking an Operations Senior Executive - Import Operations to oversee end-to-end import and export processes for air and sea shipments, from booking to delivery and job closure.

You will supervise the operations team, ensure timely, compliant handling, coordinate with customers, carriers, customs agents and internal departments, and drive process improvements to cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in related field.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in logistics or import/export operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end import and export operations for air and sea shipments, from booking to delivery and job closure.
• Supervise the operations team and ensure timely, accurate and compliant shipment handling.

Operations Senior Executive - Import Operations

Assist the Operations Manager with daily operations, customer issues, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Degree in related field

Minimum of 3 years working experience related to in logistics or import / export operations

Proficient in Microsoft office applications

Knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation.

Responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure.

Good communication and coordination skills, work independently and handle multiple tasks.
