Job summary

Manulife Insurance Berhad in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a senior Process Improvement Leader to evaluate end-to-end business processes and drive optimization within Operations. The role focuses on improving efficiency, reducing variability, and delivering measurable outcomes.

The position partners with stakeholders across the organization to design and implement technology-enabled improvements, standardize processes, and ensure adoption in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in any discipline.
• 8+ years of working experience, preferably with deep understanding of insurance operations.
• Experience in planning, designing, and implementing business processes, organizational changes, and technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of local business environments, key processes, and operational risks.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
