Job summary

You will lead end-to-end consulting engagements, advise executives on transformation strategies, and design target operating models and roadmaps to improve efficiency and customer experience.

The role requires 6–10 years in management consulting or insurance transformation, with strong facilitation, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, information systems, engineering, or related discipline.
• 6–10 years of experience in management consulting, insurance transformation, or business process improvement.
• Experience in delivering digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements focused on business transformation and digital transformation in insurance.
• Advise executives on transformation strategies and operating model improvements.
• Design TOMs, process frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
• Manage project delivery, budgets, and timelines.
• Lead client presentations and steering committee discussions.
