You will review existing processes, design optimized workflows, document procedures, and collaborate across units to embed a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma or BPM certification preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business process improvement, re-engineering, or transformation projects.
• Proven track record of delivering successful process optimization initiatives in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end reviews of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Develop optimized workflows using industry best practices and automation opportunities.
• Review and update operations manuals, policies, and procedures to reflect current and improved processes.
• Lead process re-engineering initiatives to achieve measurable improvements in productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement redesigned processes and monitor adoption.
• Act as a change agent to drive process improvement culture across the organization.
• Ensure redesigned processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
