Business Operations Executive will play a key role in supporting end-toend business processes, system enhancement initiatives, and operational improvements. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth process execution, compliance, and efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Setup & Testing:
- Prepare and execute end-to-end test campaign setup, including database setup to ensure readiness before launch.
- Perform process mapping to document campaign setup flow, identify gaps or redundancies, and propose improvements for smoother execution.
Change Request & UAT:
- Prepare detailed Change Requests (CR) and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and business requirements.
Impact Analysis & Change Management:
- Identify and highlight the operational impact of new processes or system changes, support transition and adaptation activities.
Process & Workflow Optimization:
- Assist in workflow optimization initiatives to drive operational efficiency, consistency, and quality improvement across departments.
Compliance & Process Governance:
- Ensure all processes adhere to internal controls and regulatory requirements, identifying any areas of non-compliance and recommending corrective actions.
Documentation & Policy Development:
- Prepare and maintain accurate process flows, workflow documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational policies for reference and audit purposes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with key stakeholders, including IT, Finance, Product, and Local Market Operations teams, to ensure seamless implementation of operational processes and system enhancements.
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Process Management, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in business operations, process improvement, or related functions.
- Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with process visualization or collaboration tools such as Miro or Visio.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to translate business needs into structured processes and documentation.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Solid understanding of business operations, workflow coordination, and process documentation.
- Analytical mindset with ability to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively across teams.
- Competence in data handling and reporting for operational tracking and performance insights.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Adaptable to system or process changes in a fast-moving business environment.
- Fluent in English, with Mandarin and Cantonese as an advantage, both written and spoken.
