Job summary

ZALORA Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an analytical Operations Analyst to support data-driven process improvements across Southeast Asia's fulfillment centers.

You will analyze operation processes, lead core projects, and work with top management and cross-functional teams, delivering KPI reports and business cases to drive operational excellence in a fast-growing e-commerce business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 1–3 years in project management or process improvement.
• Experience transforming warehouse/supply chain operations.
• Proficient in Excel; BI tools like Looker/SQL desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets/KPIs.
• Excellent cross-functional and stakeholder communication.
• Passion for e-commerce operations and automation.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operation processes and large datasets to derive insights.
• Implement tech-supported improvements in the OMS.
• Prepare structured business cases for opportunities.
• Create flow charts, SOPs, and documentation.
• Support project management phases and stakeholder alignment.
• Provide updates to stakeholders on strategy and progress.
• Create and send KPI reports to Operations leadership.
