Job summary

Yolo Tech Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Operations & Planning Analyst based in Pekan Nanas, Johor. The role focuses on optimising production planning, scheduling, and operational efficiency across manufacturing, transport and logistics functions.

The position involves data collection from production and logistics teams, performance analysis, and support for dashboards and continuous improvement initiatives. Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or related field.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data reporting.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with different departments.

Responsibilities

• Collect, monitor and maintain daily operational data from production, warehouse, quality, inventory and delivery.
• Monitor production progress and analyse Plan vs Actual performance.
• Track incoming, outgoing, delivery status, stock balance and pending items.
• Monitor NC stock, inventory discrepancies and pending disposition.
• Support manpower and capacity planning based on production requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operations reports.
• Support dashboard development and data analysis for management review.
• Identify operational gaps, delays, shortages and process inefficiencies.
• Follow up with relevant departments on pending operational matters.
• Provide data-based suggestions to improve planning, stock visibility and operational efficiency.

About the role

We are seeking an Operations & Planning Analyst to join Yolo Tech Sdn. Bhd., a forward-thinking organisation within the manufacturing, transport and logistics sector. This is a full-time position based in Pekan Nanas, Johor. In this strategic role, you will play a crucial part in optimising our production planning and scheduling processes, ensuring operational efficiency and supporting the company's growth objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing and logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

Collect, monitor and maintain daily operational data from production, warehouse, quality, inventory and delivery.
