• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Experience with demand forecasting and inventory management systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate production schedules based on customer demand forecasts and capacity constraints
• Monitor and adjust production plans in response to changes in order volumes, material availability, and resource constraints
• Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to align delivery schedules and material requirements
• Manage inventory levels by analyzing consumption patterns and implementing stock control measures
• Prepare regular reports on production performance, delivery metrics, and schedule adherence for senior management
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks to minimize production delays
• Collaborate with quality assurance and operations teams to address production issues and implement corrective actions
• Utilize planning software and systems to track orders, materials, and production progress
• Forecast resource requirements and communicate capacity constraints to management

This role is fundamental to our manufacturing operations, ensuring that production schedules are optimized, resources are allocated efficiently, and delivery timelines are met consistently. As Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating production activities, managing inventory levels, and liaising between various departments to maintain smooth operational flow. This position plays a strategic role in supporting our company's growth and maintaining our reputation for reliability and quality.

Key responsibilities
