Job summary

CSYAP Group is seeking an experienced Senior Production Planner to manage and optimize production planning and scheduling, ensuring on-time delivery, efficient resource use, and smooth operations.

You will develop daily and weekly plans, coordinate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, and Sales, monitor capacity and inventory, and drive continuous improvement while guiding junior planners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in production planning or supply chain in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics MRP/ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of production scheduling, capacity planning, material planning and inventory control.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in high-mix/low-volume manufacturing is a plus.
• Chinese-speaking candidates are preferred to facilitate communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor material availability, capacity, manpower, machinery and inventory levels.
• Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks and take timely actions.
• Support S&OE activities and adjust schedules based on priorities.
• Maintain accurate updates in MRP/ERP systems.
• Prepare production planning reports, forecasts and analysis for management.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in planning and productivity.
• Guide and support junior planning team members.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, Safety & Health, and company requirements.

• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, Sales, and Operations to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor material availability, production capacity, manpower, machinery, and inventory levels.
• Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks, and take timely action to resolve planning issues.
• Support S&OE activities and adjust production schedules based on changing priorities.
• Maintain accurate and timely updates in MRP/ERP systems.
• Prepare production planning reports, forecasts, and analysis for management.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in planning processes and productivity.
• Guide and support junior planning team members.
• Ensure compliance with relevant ISO, Safety & Health, and company requirements.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in production planning, production control, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
