My Clinic,Beauty & Medispa is seeking an Operation Executive (People & Development) to oversee staff development and training programs across branches. You will monitor discipline, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate performance initiatives with branch managers to elevate service quality.

The role requires 2–5 years in administration or operations, with strong communication and reporting abilities. A competitive package includes basic salary, allowances, and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in administration, operations, or branch management.
• Strong communication, coordination, and report-writing skills.
• Good problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists in monitor staff discipline, professionalism, and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate and administer staff training and development programs.
• Maintain training records and monitor training completion status.
• Manage customer feedback and complaint resolution processes.
• Monitor service quality and customer experience across all branches.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for service quality improvement.
• Monitor branch appearance, cleanliness, safety, and maintenance requirements.
• Conduct branch inspections and follow up on corrective actions.
• Prepare reports for the Chief of People and Development Officer.
• Track action plans, improvement initiatives, and branch performance indicators.
• Coordinate communication and follow-up actions between branches and management.
• Perform any other duties and special projects assigned by the Chief Staff Officer.
