Bloom Clinic Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru invites a detail-oriented Sales & Operations Executive to support daily sales administration and operational activities. You will help maintain accurate records, manage invoices, stock, and customer data while enabling doctors to focus on consultations and sales.
Ideal candidates have a Diploma or Degree, fresh graduates welcome, and strong communication in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

The Sales & Operations Executive is responsible for supporting the clinic's daily sales administration and operational activities. This role ensures that sales records, customer information, inventory, invoices, documentation and general administrative matters are accurately maintained, allowing doctors and consultants to focus on consultation, treatment and sales performance.
Record and update daily payment sales, treatment redemptions, deposits, outstanding balances and package utilisation.
Ensure all sales transactions are correctly entered into the clinic management system.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
Maintain accurate records of treatment products, consumables, medications and retail products.
Perform regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock against system records.
Issue invoices, receipts, credit notes and other approved transaction documents.
Maintain accurate customer profiles, contact details and treatment records.
Check that forms, consumables, stationery and printed materials are available.
Maintain staff attendance, leave, punctuality and overtime records.
Prepare a monthly operational report covering payment sales, treatment redemption, appointment attendance, stock balance, expenses and administrative matters.
Ability to maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory, invoices and customer information.
Competency in using clinic management systems and entering data correctly.
Ability to prepare reports and compile figures for management review.
Attention to detail in verifying documents, consent forms and payment records.
Capability to coordinate with suppliers, branches and internal departments.
Ability to track and monitor stock levels, expiry dates and batch numbers.
Competency in organising and maintaining organised records and files.
Ability to elevate issues and concerns to appropriate management promptly.

Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience in Operations, Sales Support, or Administration is an added advantage.
Able to communicate in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsible, organized and willing to learn.
Computer literate (Microsoft Office & ERP/CRM knowledge is an advantage)
