Job summary

Regenova Group Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Clinic Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day functions and ensure smooth service delivery. You will supervise Accounts Clerk and Administrative Staff, coordinate doctors' and staff schedules, monitor patient flow, and drive SOP improvements across the clinic.

Strong leadership, confidentiality, and collaboration with partners are essential to support the Executive Director and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Supervise Accounts Clerk and Administrative Staff
• Report on daily operations, progress, and responsibilities
• Allocate tasks, monitor workflow, and ensure accuracy
• Train and coach staff in clinic procedures and administrative processes
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and service providers
• Develop and improve clinic SOPs and operational procedures

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the clinic's Accounts Clerk and Administrative Staff
• Ensure the Accounts Clerk and Administrative Staff report directly to you regarding daily operational matters, work progress, and assigned responsibilities
• Coordinate doctors', therapists', and clinic staff schedules
• Monitor patient flow, appointment arrangements, and service standards
• Develop, review, and improve clinic SOPs and operational procedures
• Coordinate with suppliers, laboratories, and service providers
