• Analyse the root cause instead of only handling the symptoms
• Propose clear solutions and improvement plans
• Turn company targets into team actions and measurable KPIs
• Improve the complete customer journey—from appointment to repurchase and referral
• Build and improve SOPs, workflows and service standards
• Ensure assigned actions are completed on time
• Train, guide and hold outlet leaders accountable
• Report key problems, solutions, progress and next actions to management
