SmartHire by SEEK is seeking a Branch Manager in Malaysia to lead a beauty and aesthetic clinic. You will drive sales, oversee operations, and mentor a team while ensuring top-tier patient experiences.

The role demands 3+ years in branch or clinic management, with strong analytics, and proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Training at HQ in Damansara Utama is provided, with accommodation. Six-day work week and competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in branch management, clinic ops or beauty/aesthetic centre management.
• Experience in beauty, aesthetic, medical aesthetics or wellness preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and KPIs.
• Excellent coaching and people-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia for communication with staff and clients.
• Familiarity with clinic SOPs, infection control and patient confidentiality.
• Willingness to train 3 months at HQ in Damansara Utama with accommodation.
• Own transport and valid driving licence required.
• SPM with relevant management experience considered.
• Availability for 10:00–18:30, six days a week, with one fixed weekday rest day.
• Willingness to work on public holidays with double pay or replacement leave.
• Six-month minimum probation period.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily branch operations, service quality, SOP compliance, facilities and equipment.
• Drive sales and profitability targets across treatment and product lines.
• Analyse branch results, KPIs, and customer spend; monitor reports.
• Lead local marketing campaigns and continuous improvement with the marketing team.
• Coach and develop staff through regular performance reviews.
• Enhance patient experience and resolve escalations professionally.
• Manage finances and stock, control expenses and minimise wastage.
• Uphold patient confidentiality, infection control and documentation.
• Collaborate with doctors, CS, Marketing, HR, Finance and Ops.
• Support promotional campaigns and new business initiatives.
• Report monthly performance and action plans to management.
