Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a customer service professional in Kuala Lumpur to support freight forwarding operations. Fresh graduates are welcome, and candidates with up to 2 years' experience in logistics customer service are encouraged to apply. Training provided and SOPs will guide your daily tasks.

You will coordinate shipments from booking to delivery, manage documents, and keep clients updated. Strong English is preferred, additional languages are a plus, and a diploma or degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer shipments from booking through to final delivery
• Handle shipping documents (BL/AWB), customs coordination, and shipment status updates
• Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, and international agents on ETD/ETA and follow-ups
• Keep customers updated proactively and resolve issues before they escalate
• Maintain accurate records and meet service-standard timelines
