Job summary

BTC Maju Holding is seeking an Operations Officer to support daily operations and administrative tasks in Sabah. You will coordinate deliveries, maintain stock records and prepare key documents to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma/Degree in Administration or related fields, experience in operations or inventory, and strong Excel/Office skills. The role offers on-site work with training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Administration, Business, Logistics is required.
• Experience in operations, inventory, warehouse or admin is advantageous.
• Basic computer skills including Excel and Office are expected.
• Strong organisational and record-keeping abilities are important.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue Delivery Orders, invoices and related documents.
• Coordinate and monitor delivery and receiving of goods.
• Ensure goods are delivered according to quantity, labelling, destination and docs.
• Verify release of goods and coordinate stock replenishment as needed.
• Update and maintain accurate stock records.
• Process requests for goods and ensure sufficient stock is available for operations.
• Check received goods against required specs and quantities.
• Record all stock transactions accurately.
• Enter received invoices into the system on the day goods are received.

Job description

An Operations Officer supporting daily operations and administrative activities. The successful candidate will coordinate product deliveries, maintain inventory records, prepare documentation, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and issue Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, and related documents.

Coordinate and monitor the delivery and receiving of goods.

Ensure goods are delivered accurately according to quantity, labelling, destination, and supporting documents.

Verify the release of goods and coordinate stock replenishment when required.

Update and maintain accurate stock records.

Process requests for goods and ensure sufficient stock is available for operations.

Check received goods against the required specifications and quantities.

Record all incoming and outgoing stock transactions accurately.

Ensure received invoices are entered into the system on the same day the goods are received.

Perform accurate and timely data entry.

About you

Minimum Diploma/Degree in Administration, Business, Logistics, or a related field.

Previous experience in operations, inventory, warehouse, or administrative work will be an advantage.

Basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Good organisational and record-keeping skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented and responsible when handling documents, stock, and records.

Able to perform other operational duties as required.
