Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte Ltd in Kuala Lumpur is hiring for a strategic operations leader to drive cross-brand performance in a growing lifestyle and wellness group. You will design SOPs, lead operations teams, and shape the member experience across brands.

This full-time role requires handling facilities, asset management, and event delivery, with duties spanning vendor management, safety, and process optimization to ensure smooth daily operations and outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant field.
• Comfortable with shift basis (5 days per week).

Responsibilities

• Operational Strategy & Systems Design – Develop and implement cross-brand operational strategies, SOPs, and frameworks.
• Organisational Leadership & People Development – Lead, develop, and manage operations teams, overseeing workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning.
• Cross-Brand Operations & Member Experience – Oversee daily operations, facility performance, customer service standards, complaint resolution, and member engagement across all brands.
• Facility, Infrastructure & Asset Management – Ensure facilities, courts, equipment, and infrastructure meet safety and quality standards through preventive maintenance, inventory control, and vendor management.
• Events Planning & Execution – Lead end-to-end event operations, coordinating logistics, staffing, vendors, equipment, and stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful event delivery.
