Job summary

AA Alive Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced operations leader to own the five key metrics and drive continuous improvement across Selangor and Sarawak. You will define, publish, and defend the numbers that shape daily decisions for warehousing, logistics, and after-sales service.

You will run daily reviews from live dashboards, publish driver and picker performance rankings, ensure stock accuracy, and collaborate with the tech team to build the right tooling.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in operations/logistics with 2+ years team leadership.
• Strong data skills: build pivots, read dashboards critically.
• Experience meeting SLAs and KPIs; able to explain impact of changes.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Run daily and weekly operations reviews off live dashboards.
• Build and publish a driver performance ranking and review with the fleet.
• Evaluate pickers and packers by accuracy and throughput with coaching.
• Own warehouse accuracy: cycle count programme, fix discrepancies, maintain stock integrity.
• Lead capability improvement as a standing programme: identify constraint, implement change, measure impact.
• Collaborate with after-sales to address recurring failures upstream.
• Demand high-quality tooling: specify dashboards and work with tech until available.
