Job summary

Ninja Van is seeking a hands-on Manager, Fulfilment (Warehouse) to lead end-to-end warehousing and fulfilment operations in Shah Alam. You will drive operational excellence, supervise a high-performing team, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to optimise processes.

You will ensure on-time, accurate picking, packing, and dispatch for B2B and B2C orders, implement WMS standards, manage budgets, and pursue continuous improvement to reduce costs while maintaining service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years in operations management within logistics/warehousing.
• Hands-on experience in warehouse ops and fulfilment with 3PL exposure.
• Strong understanding of B2B/B2C warehousing and fulfilment.
• Good business sense and ability to optimize ops and costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end warehousing and fulfilment operations for peak efficiency.
• Ensure on-time, accurate picking, packing and dispatch within SLAs.
• Review resources, layout, and action plans to meet productivity goals.
• Develop and implement warehouse management procedures and KPIs.
• Collaborate with product, regional ops, and BD teams to close gaps.
