Job summary

Food Delicacy Material in Malaysia seeks an experienced Logistics & Distribution Operations lead to manage warehouse receiving, stock control, and cross-functional planning with sales and purchasing teams.

You will supervise a team of six drivers and two driver assistants, ensure vessel safety and compliance, and optimize transport and inventory costs while maintaining timely deliveries to KK and Kuching.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics operations and inventory control.
• Ability to manage and develop operational teams (drivers and assistants).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, inspection, and logging of incoming stock; maintain accuracy and quality.
• Lead store/warehouse supervisors and staffs; ensure workflow efficiency and safety.
• Coordinate packing, labeling, and dispatching of outgoing orders; liaise with transport providers.
• Prepare drivers’ weekly schedules; track attendance and trip allowances; manage fleet maintenance.
