Job summary

MyFuji Global Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Operations Executive open to fresh graduates. The role covers inventory, warehouse operations, asset management, and administrative support.

You will liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and service providers, while supporting process improvements and efficiency initiatives. The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations Management, and is proficient in Excel.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in operations, warehouse, inventory, logistics, administration, or related functions is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
• Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock movement.
• Conduct stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, and dispatch of spare parts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Support reverse logistics and parts return processes.
• Maintain company asset records and tracking.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, insurance, road tax, and inspections.
• Verify operational invoices and support expense tracking.
• Support office administration and facilities management.
• Coordinate with vendors and external service providers.
• Support office equipment and facility maintenance.
• Assist with operational projects, company events, and ad-hoc tasks.
