You will handle end-to-end sales order entry, coordinate with production and logistics, support key accounts and tender processes, and generate regular sales and inventory reports using Excel. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, SCM, or related field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged; up to 1 year in sales admin or customer support acceptable.
• Excellent verbal and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS Office; advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) required.
• ERP familiarity (SAP) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales order entry within the ERP system.
• Coordinate with Production and Logistics on stock and delivery status.
• Assist Senior Sales with tender documents and service agreements.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and inventory forecasts in Excel.
• Monitor customer credit limits and overdue payments with Finance.
• Resolve order or delivery issues to maintain client trust.
