Job summary

Cartier Malaysia offers an Operations Internship in the Commercial & MarComs team. You will gain practical experience in a fast-paced, global luxury environment, supporting day-to-day operations and cross-functional collaboration with boutique teams.

This internship builds skills in project management, communication, and understanding of retail luxury, with onboarding and mentorship as part of Cartier's internship program.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the Commercial Department by liaising with Commercial team.
• Evaluate protocols/processes across boutiques while adhering to regulations and health and safety codes.
• Participate in meetings and workshops with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
• Prepare documentation and maintain records and key digital programs.
• Responsible for monthly reports of competition activations.
• Support MarComs team in event planning & execution, public relations matters and client activation activities.
• Assist with other ad hoc duties as assigned.

In this role, you will provide essential support to the Commercial & Marketing Communications team, assisting with a variety of operational tasks as well as projects. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-paced, global marketing environment and develop valuable skills in project management, communication, and gain understanding of the inner-working in the world of retail luxury.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support smooth running of day-to-day operations of the Commercial Department by liaising with Commercial team
• Participate in daily operations and evaluate protocols/processes across our boutiques while adhering to company regulations, and health and safety codes
• Participate and contribute to meetings and workshops with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff
• Prepare documentation and maintain records and key digital programs
• Responsible for monthly reports of competition activations
• Support MarComs team in event planning & execution, public relations matters as well as client activation activities
• Assist with other ad hoc duties as assigned
