Job summary

Cartier Malaysia invites energetic, proactive learners to join our operations team as an Operations Intern in Commercial & MarComs. You will support the Commercial & Marketing Communications team with a variety of operational tasks in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment.

This internship offers hands-on experience in project management, communications, and understanding the inner workings of a global marketing operation across boutiques and events.

Qualifications

• Pro-active approach to tasks and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication, written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with strong collaborative spirit.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support smooth running of day-to-day operations of the Commercial Department by liaising with Commercial team
• Participate in daily operations and evaluate protocols/processes across our boutiques while adhering to company regulations, and health and safety codes
• Participate and contribute to meetings and workshops with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff
• Prepare documentation and maintain records and key digital programs
• Responsible for monthly reports of competition activations
• Support MarComs team in event planning & execution, public relations matters as well as client activation activities
• Assist with other ad hoc duties as assigned
