Job summary

Cartier Malaysia is seeking an Operations Intern for Commercial & MarComs to assist with day-to-day operations, documentation, and event planning. This role offers exposure to a fast-paced global marketing environment in luxury retail and hands-on experience across commercial and PR activities.

The successful candidate will learn project management, communication, and gain insight into the inner workings of retail luxury, with opportunities to collaborate with managers and senior staff.

Qualifications

• Pro‑active approach to tasks and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication, written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with strong collaborative spirit.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support smooth running of day‑to‑day operations of the Commercial Department by liaising with Commercial team.
• Participate in daily operations and evaluate protocols/processes across our boutiques while adhering to company regulations, and health and safety codes.
• Participate and contribute to meetings and workshops with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
• Prepare documentation and maintain records and key digital programs.
• Responsible for monthly reports of competition activations.
• Support MarComs team in event planning & execution, public relations matters as well as client activation activities.
• Assist with other ad hoc duties as assigned
