Job summary

Cartier Malaysia is seeking an Operations Intern within the Commercial & MarComs team. You will support daily operations, assist in projects, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

The internship offers exposure to project management, communications, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, preparing you for a career in retail marketing.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the Commercial Department by liaising with the Commercial team.
• Participate in daily operations and evaluate protocols across boutiques.
• Attend and contribute to meetings with Managers and senior staff.
• Prepare documentation and maintain records and key digital programs.
• Assist with monthly reports of competition activations.
• Support MarComs in event planning, PR matters and client activations.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

In this role, you will provide essential support to the Commercial & Marketing Communications team, assisting with a variety of operational tasks as well as projects. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-paced, global marketing environment and develop valuable skills in project management, communication, and gain understanding of the inner-working in the world of retail luxury.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support smooth running of day-to-day operations of the Commercial Department by liaising with Commercial team
• Participate in daily operations and evaluate protocols/processes across our boutiques while adhering to company regulations, and health and safety codes
• Participate and contribute to meetings and workshops with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff
• Prepare documentation and maintain records and key digital programs
• Responsible for monthly reports of competition activations
• Support MarComs team in event planning & execution, public relations matters as well as client activation activities
• Assist with other ad hoc duties as assigned

YOUR PROFILE
