Translate global brand and category strategies into actionable local go-to-market plans across product launches, marketing campaigns, and retail activations
Manage and maintain the annual marketing calendar, encompassing product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives
Oversee the development of marketing materials, including advertising materials, point of-sale materials, promotional collateral, and publications to ensure consistency with brand guidelines
Monitor campaign performance and conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate effectiveness, ROI, and identify opportunities for improvement
Coordinate with store operations teams on promotional mechanics, provide guidance on execution requirements
Coordinate closely with stores to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and activations.
Manage and execute Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, reactivation, and engagement
Oversee the planning and execution of loyalty program initiatives, including member acquisition campaigns, member-exclusive events, rewards programs, and retention activities
Analyze customer data, purchasing behavior, segmentation, and loyalty program performance to identify insights and opportunities for business growth
Manage CRM communication calendars and customer journeys across various communication channels.
Track, analyze and report CRM campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for future optimization
Support the rollout, adoption, training, and ongoing optimisation of CRM and clienteling tools across stores.
Support the planning and execution of retail activations, store events, and experiential marketing campaigns to enhance customer experience and drive store traffic
Collaborate with Retail Operations, Merchandising, and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure a consistent and engaging brand experience across all customer touchpoints
Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing initiatives
Manage partnerships and marketing collaborations with landlords and strategic partners to drive traffic, brand visibility, and customer acquisition
Identify and manage partnership opportunities that support business growth and brand exposure
Compile and maintain monthly PR coverage reports and media clipping summaries
Coordinate gifting requirements for landlords, media, and stakeholders, including ordering, fulfilment, and contact database management
Manage procurement and inventory planning of campaign gifts-with-purchase (GWPs).
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline
Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in marketing, CRM, loyalty marketing, customer engagement, or brand management
Experience in luxury retail, jewellery, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands is preferred.
Proven experience in campaign planning, CRM management, customer segmentation, and loyalty program execution
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Experience in using CRM platforms and customer analytics tools is preferred
Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Proactive, resourceful, hands‑on individual with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Multilingual proficiency will be an advantage to support diverse customer segments, partners, and vendors.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced retail environment.
