Job summary

Lee's Frozen Food is seeking an Operations Executive in Malaysia to oversee warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring smooth delivery flows and accurate inventory handling. You will coordinate daily deliveries, monitor 3PL schedules, and collaborate with multiple departments to improve reliability and efficiency across Southeast Asia.

You will support GRN/POD processes, observe warehousing during unloading, capture goods photos, and report damages.

Responsibilities

• Track daily deliveries and update Lee's team via WhatsApp (TN & Lee's truck).
• Coordinate 3PL/4PL routing schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with 3PL logistics to prevent delivery failures.
• Support GRN and POD procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Oversee warehousing during unloading of incoming goods.
• Photograph goods for incoming containers, new SKUs, and requests from Marketing.
• Report damaged goods to Shipping & Supply Chain department.
• Communicate with HQ (Supply Chain / Product Development / Sales, Marketing & Customer Service) on 4PL matters.
• Prepare control documents for HQ submissions.
• Support physical counts (e.g., 20 SKUs) and ad-hoc requests.
• Produce and send the daily Butchery Output Report to Marketing via email.
• Carry out tasks assigned by the Assistant Operation Executive & Manager.

As an Operations Executive, you'll play a critical role in ensuring smooth warehouse and logistics operations to support Lee's mission of food equality. By coordinating daily deliveries, monitoring inventory handling, supporting stock accuracy, and working closely with 3PL/4PL partners, you'll drive efficient goods flow and maintain high standards in receiving, storage, and dispatch. Collaborating with operations teams, supply chain, marketing, and headquarters, you'll contribute to reliable distribution and process improvements, helping millions access affordable, quality food across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

• To follow up & update daily delivery status via WhatsApp to Lee's Team (TN & Lee's truck)
• To monitor 3PL logistic routing schedule arrangement if necessary
• To monitor & work with 3PL Logistics to avoid fail delivery issues
• To support and assist the Operation Executive on all GRN and POD matters
• To observe TN Warehousing during unloading goods for all Incoming Wet & dry containers when required
• To take pictures of goods for all incoming containers, new SKUs and when requested by MKTG
• To report goods damages from container to Lee's Shipping & Supply Chain Department
• To communicate with Lee's HQ within the department (Supply Chain / Product Development / Sales, Marketing & Customer Service) on all 4PL related matters
• To prepare all control documents related to HQ submission
• To support ALL physical count activities (ie. 20 SKU's) and ad-hoc request
• To complete the daily Butchery Output Report and send out to MKTG via email
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Assistant Operation Executive & Assistant Operation Manager.
