Job summary

Jora Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur is hiring a Warehouse & Logistics Associate to join our established IT retail operation. You will manage receiving, storage, and dispatch of stock, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment for branch transfers and e-commerce orders.

Applicants should have 1–2 years in warehouse or inventory roles, be familiar with ERP systems, and maintain high standards of accuracy, safety, and independence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years warehouse or inventory experience.
• SPM or Diploma in Logistics preferred.
• Familiar with ERP or inventory systems.
• Physically fit to handle stock movement.
• Detail-oriented with strong accountability.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming stock and verify against PO and delivery orders.
• Process GRN accurately in the ERP system.
• Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and escalate accordingly.
• Coordinate with purchasing on shortages or wrong delivery cases.
• Maintain proper product labeling, binning, and warehouse layout.
• Ensure FIFO discipline across all product categories.
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and audit-ready at all times.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch stock for branch transfers and e-commerce orders.
• Prepare delivery orders and coordinate with logistics partners.
• Handle return merchandise (RMA) — receive, inspect, log, and process.
• Conduct cycle counts and maintain stock movement records in ERP.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and warehouse safety standards.

Requirements

• SPM / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years warehouse or inventory experience (IT/electronics industry preferred)

• Physically fit — able to handle stock movement and standing for extended periods

• Handle return merchandise (RMA) — receive, inspect, log, and process accordingly

Inventory Control

• Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic full stock takes
• Investigate and reconcile stock variances
• Generate and maintain accurate stock movement records in ERP
• Flag slow-moving, damaged, or obsolete inventory to purchasing team

Admin & Compliance

• Maintain proper documentation — DO, GRN, transfer notes, RMA records
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and warehouse safety standards
• Coordinate with branches on urgent stock requests and transfer logistics
