Job summary

Rifeng Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Freelance Operations Executive (Warehouse) to oversee daily warehouse activities in Pelabuhan Klang, Selangor.

You will manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping, and ensure stock accuracy using WMS while prioritizing safety and efficiency. The role requires hands-on experience with forklifts/pallet jacks, strong Mandarin communication, and the ability to collaborate with the logistics team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and techniques to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
• Strong understanding of material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent team collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Experience with shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading and packing slips.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices within a warehouse setting.
• Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin, both written and verbal, to coordinate with team members and suppliers.
• Willingness to work onsite at the specified location in Pelabuhan Klang, Selangor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and implement strategies to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock rotation.
• Ensure efficient material handling and storage, adhering to safety regulations and best practices to prevent damage and loss.
• Coordinate with the logistics team and external partners to ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting adherence to operational procedures.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory, managing orders, and generating reports on warehouse performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the warehouse to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity.
