Job summary

KVC Industrial Supplies Sdn Bhd is seeking a Logistics Executive to support branches and the CDC warehouse. You will process orders, track requests, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in logistics and customer service, is willing to work overtime, and is proficient with ERP and MS Office. This on-site role offers opportunities across Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics and warehouse order fulfillment processing is required.
• Direct customer interaction by phone or electronic means is preferred.
• Demonstrated integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
• Track and follow-up all customer requests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and accurately.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Responsible of Collaborate with branches and CDC warehouse.

Including but not limited to the following:

• Process orders, forms, applications and requests
• Track and follow-up all customer requests in a timely manner
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Resolve customer issues in timely and accurate fashion
• Other responsibilities as assigned

KEY REQUIREMETNS

• Minimum 3 years working experience in relevant Logistics and Warehouse order fulfillment processing
• Experience in dealing directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality
• Fast and willing learner
• Experience with ERP, online ticketing systems and Microsoft applications will be an advantage
• Willingness to do overtime when needed
