• Manage logistics such as receiving, sorting, packing, quality, and shipping processes.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts and fix inventory inaccuracies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including transporters, procurement, finance and sales.
• Assist in planning and executing operational strategies to support business goals.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, regulations and quality standards.
• Resolve operational issues and troubleshoot bottlenecks promptly.

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Operations Executive to oversee and

optimize our day-to-day operational processes.

This role is critical in ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement of operations, while supporting strategic initiatives and contributing to overall business performance

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure eicient, smooth workflow across departments.
• Monitor operational KPIs and analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and consistency
• Manage logistics such as daily receiving, sorting, packing, quality, and shipping processes.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts and fix inventory mistakes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including transporters, procurement, finance, and sales teams.
• Assist in planning and executing operational strategies to support business goals.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
• Resolve operational issues and troubleshoot process bottlenecks in a timely manner.
• Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Support budget planning, cost control, and resource allocation for operational activities.
• Train and mentor junior team members, ensuring alignment with company standards and expectations.

Key Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in a production related field or any other discipline.
• More than 3 years of related experience in Packaging, Printing & Manufacturing Environment.
• Knowledge of Production Process & Planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Oice Suite and familiarity with ERP or operations software systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
