Job summary

MVC Resources in Nilai, Malaysia, seeks an Operations Executive to oversee daily floor operations, inbound and outbound logistics, and inventory accuracy, acting as a bridge between production, procurement, warehouse and external transporters.

You will drive bottleneck removal, enforce SOP discipline, maintain stock integrity, and ensure on-time fulfillment, with a 5.5-day work week and a requirement of a Diploma/ Degree in related fields and 3+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Industrial/Production Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3+ years of progressive operational/logistics experience within packaging, printing, or manufacturing plant environment.
• Solid grasp of production planning workflows, warehouse cycle counts, material staging, and ERP/operations management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to maintain bottleneck-free workflows across production and dispatch lines.
• Monitor KPIs like throughput, packing efficiency, and delivery performance; audit SOPs and safety compliance.
• Direct plant logistics: material receiving, sorting, staging, and outbound shipping schedules; liaise with transport vendors.
