Operations Executive (Bandar Baru Enstek, N9)
Mastermark is a leading wildlife management company specialising in wildlife conflict management, bird control and aviation wildlife hazard management. With operations across Southeast Asia, we work with airports, commercial sites and other clients to manage wildlife-related risks and support safe operating environments.
As our Malaysia operations continue to grow, we are looking for an Operations Executive to join our Negeri Sembilan team. This role will support both our wildlife management and aviation operations, combining field coordination, project support and operational administration.
Key Responsibilities
Wildlife Operations
- Support and coordinate wildlife management and bird control activities at client sites.
- Assist with site inspections, wildlife surveys and implementation of wildlife mitigation measures.
- Coordinate field teams, manpower, equipment, vehicles and operational schedules.
- Monitor ongoing wildlife management activities and ensure work is carried out according to operational requirements.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, records and client documentation.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams on project requirements and operational matters.
- Assist with quotations, invoices, claims, purchasing and other documentation related to wildlife projects.
- Support the planning, coordination and delivery of wildlife management projects.
- Assist with operational troubleshooting and ad-hoc site requirements as needed.
Aviation Operations
- Support aviation wildlife hazard management activities at airports and aviation-related sites.
- Assist with bird and wildlife monitoring, inspections and reporting.
- Coordinate daily aviation operations, including manpower, equipment, vehicles and site requirements.
- Maintain accurate operational records, reports and documentation for aviation projects.
- Liaise with airport personnel, clients, field teams and other stakeholders on operational matters.
- Assist with scheduling, project coordination, reporting and related administrative requirements.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of bird strike prevention and wildlife hazard management measures.
- Assist with operational planning, project documentation and other aviation-related activities as required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Wildlife Management, Biology, Zoology, Ecology, Environmental Science, Aviation, Business Administration or a related field.
- Relevant experience in wildlife management, bird control, aviation operations, field operations or a similar environment will be an advantage.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working both in the office and in the field.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Willing to travel to client sites and work outside the office when required.
- Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence and be comfortable driving for work purposes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
