Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking a Business Development Executive to lead pest control and animal management projects across Malaysia. You will conduct onsite assessments, coordinate implementation with operations and technical teams, and act as the primary contact for clients to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

Business Development Executive (Pest Control & Animal Management)

Lead bird and other animal management projects across Malaysia, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of client satisfaction.

Conduct onsite assessments at client locations to understand specific challenges and recommend practical, customised solutions.

Work closely with the operations and technical teams to coordinate project implementation and ensure smooth execution.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling enquiries, addressing concerns, providing project updates, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Support business development activities by identifying new opportunities, engaging potential clients, and contributing to the growth of the company’s portfolio.

Manage multiple projects, client requirements, and internal coordination tasks while maintaining accurate documentation and timely follow-up.

Travel regularly to client sites across Malaysia as required.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in any relevant discipline.

1–2 years of working experience in sales, business development, project coordination, administration, or business support. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and online collaboration tools.

Previous experience in administration, business support, sales, or client coordination is an added advantage, particularly in a multi-team or regional environment.

Willingness to travel frequently within Malaysia is required
