Job summary

Mastermark Malaysia is hiring a Business Development Executive to drive new opportunities in the Malaysian market. You will identify clients, build partnerships, and promote wildlife management solutions from Permas Jaya, Johor Bahru.

Based in our Permas Jaya office, you will collaborate with Singapore-based teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with excellent client satisfaction. A proactive mindset and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree holder with 1 to 2 years of working experience in sales; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay organised across priorities and teams.
• Clear and confident communication skills to support internal teams and external clients.
• A proactive mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and collaboration platforms.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead bird and other animal management projects in Malaysia, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget, with client satisfaction.
• Conduct onsite assessments at client sites across Malaysia to identify challenges and recommend customised solutions.
• Collaborate with the Singapore-based operations and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Serve as the primary contact for a diverse Malaysian client base, addressing concerns and providing timely updates.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Malaysia to support portfolio growth.
