Job summary

Mastermark Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Executive to support wildlife management and aviation operations in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. The role combines field coordination, project support and administrative tasks to ensure smooth service delivery at client sites.

The successful candidate will work both in the field and in the office, coordinating teams, schedules and documentation while liaising with clients and airport/ site personnel.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Wildlife Management, Biology, Zoology, Ecology, Environmental Science, Aviation, Business Administration or a related field.
• Relevant experience in wildlife management, bird control, aviation operations or field operations is an advantage.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel to client sites and work in the field.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate wildlife management and bird control activities at client sites.
• Assist with site inspections, wildlife surveys and implementation of wildlife mitigation measures.
• Coordinate field teams, manpower, equipment, vehicles and schedules.
• Monitor ongoing wildlife management activities and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Prepare operational reports and client documentation.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams on project needs.
• Assist with quotations, invoices, and purchasing related to wildlife projects.
• Support planning, coordination and delivery of wildlife projects.
• Assist with ad-hoc site requirements as needed.
