Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive new business opportunities, manage client relationships and support wildlife management projects across the country. This role suits someone who enjoys client engagement, onsite work and cross‑functional collaboration with operations and technical teams.

You will lead bird and wildlife management projects, conduct onsite assessments, coordinate implementation, and act as the main contact for clients,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any relevant field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, pest control, wildlife management or a related industry is preferred; fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate bird and wildlife management projects in Malaysia, ensuring they are delivered efficiently, on schedule and to service standards.
• Conduct onsite assessments at customer locations to understand requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Work closely with operations and technical teams to coordinate project implementation and ensure smooth execution.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling enquiries, addressing concerns, providing updates and maintaining relationships.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities by engaging prospective clients and supporting the company's growth in Malaysia.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and potential customers through regular follow‑ups and business development activities.
