Job summary

Mastermark Pte Ltd. is expanding into Malaysia and seeks a Business Development Executive based in Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan. You will identify clients, build partnerships, and promote wildlife management solutions across Malaysia, coordinating with Singapore teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in sales or related roles, strong communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. A valid driving license is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree holder with 1–2 years of sales experience.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong multitasking across priorities and teams.
• Clear, confident communication with internal teams and clients.
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with CRM tools and collaboration platforms is a bonus.
• Admin or business support background is advantageous.
• Based in Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan, focusing on Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Identify clients, build partnerships, and promote wildlife management solutions.
• Spearhead bird and other animal management projects in Malaysia, on time and within budget.
• Conduct onsite assessments across Malaysia to tailor solutions.
• Collaborate with Singapore-based operations and technical teams for smooth execution.
• Serve as the primary contact for Malaysian clients and foster relationships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the portfolio.
