TEA GARDEN MANAGEMENT SDN. BHD. is seeking a seasoned Operations Coordinator to oversee daily branch activities, drive process improvements, and ensure adherence to company policies across multiple locations.

You will coordinate with Finance, Marketing, Kitchen, QA, and Training teams to optimize efficiency and reporting on performance. The role involves maintaining cash and inventory controls, planning maintenance, and supporting strategic operations initiatives to enhance guest service and

Qualifications

Experience coordinating restaurant operations and branch activities.
Ability to plan improvements and enforce company policies.
Familiarity with cash, inventory, and asset management controls.
Strong reporting, audit follow-up, and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily operations across multiple branches and business lines.
Plan improvement processes and support organizational goals.
Establish systems and technologies to improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor cash, inventory, and asset controls; manage maintenance requirements.
Prepare reports on operations performance and customer insights.
Liaise with Operations Manager; assist in strategic activity development.
Coordinate with Finance, Marketing, Kitchen, QA, Training and other departments.
