Job summary

ParkIt Malaysia is offering an internship in customer success, focusing on operational funnel management, bookings, and client satisfaction. You will engage with parking owners and drivers to ensure smooth experiences from inquiry to post-booking support.

You'll gain exposure to sourcing, onboarding, data analysis, and cross-functional projects that improve conversion, efficiency, and SOPs in a fast-paced startup setting near Klang Valley.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and users.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing and onboarding of new parking locations with owners/agents.
• Assist in managing customer inquiries, subscriptions, and issues.
• Coordinate to ensure smooth booking operations for timely parking.
• Collect and analyze user feedback to identify improvement areas.
• Contribute to database by tracking leads and data accuracy.
• Participate in projects to improve sourcing efficiency and SOPs.
• Assist in preparing monthly/weekly B2B client reports.
