Job summary

Pixalink Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking a Generalist Intern (Business & Operations) to gain hands-on exposure across business operations, marketing, sales support, and customer experience. You will work closely with the founder and team on varied projects aligned with SaaS company priorities.

This internship offers flexibility in a hybrid/onsite setup and potential for full-time conversion based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Applicants from other disciplines are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations by organising information, maintaining records, and tracking tasks and deadlines.
• Conduct research on potential customers, competitors, industry trends, and business opportunities.
• Assist the sales team with prospect research, CRM updates, presentations, proposals, and meeting preparation.
• Help coordinate customer onboarding, prepare account materials, and document customer requirements.
• Support marketing activities, including social media content, campaign preparation, and event coordination.
• Test product features from a user’s perspective and document issues or suggestions clearly.
• Prepare simple reports, spreadsheets, meeting notes, and internal documentation.
• Help improve recurring workflows by identifying gaps and suggesting practical solutions.
• Take ownership of assigned projects, communicate progress, and follow through to completion.
