Job summary

Power Steel & Electro-Plating Works Sdn Bhd is seeking to strengthen its sales administration team in Shah Alam. The role involves managing customer inquiries on product availability, delivery schedules, and order status, and preparing sales orders and transfer documents via customer portals for major clients.

You will coordinate with Production and WIP to ensure smooth order fulfilment and on-time delivery, monitor inventory and replenishment orders, and handle high-volume daily sales

Responsibilities

• Managed customer enquiries on product availability, delivery schedules and order status.
• Prepare Sales orders, Transfer Order, DO, via customer portals (Perodua, Toyota, Proton, Honda, etc).
• Coordinated with Production and WIP to ensure smooth order fulfilment and on-time delivery.
• Monitored inventory, replenishment orders for order fulfillment.
• Managed high-volume daily sales administration, including order processing and customer documentation.
• Liaised with customers to resolve order, delivery, and documentation issues while maintaining excellent customer service.
