Job summary

Power Steel & Electro-Plating Works Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam, Selangor, offers a full-time HR internship from 28 September 2026 / 1 October 2026 to 31 December 2026. You will gain exposure to employee administration, recruitment, payroll support, training coordination, attendance management, HR documentation and engagement.

As part of the HR team, you will work on onboarding, documentation, attendance and HRIS processes, under guidance from experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word

We are currently offering a full-time Human Resources Internship at our facility in Shah Alam, Selangor, with the internship period from 28 September 2026 / 1 October 2026 to 31 December 2026. As part of our HR team, you will gain practical exposure to various areas of Human Resources, including employee administration, recruitment, payroll support, training coordination, attendance management, HR documentation, and employee engagement.

Gain exposure to attendance, payroll and HRIS processes

Support training coordination and employee engagement activities

Work with experienced HR professionals and other departments

Qualifications
