Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd in Johor Bahru is seeking a Logistics Administrator to lead a team of coordinators and support Operations. You will oversee order processing, reporting, and cargo documentation.

The role requires 1–3 years in logistics, a diploma or SPM in logistics or business admin, and solid knowledge of warehouse and distribution processes. This is a permanent, on-site role.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics.
• SPM or Diploma in Logistics or Business Administration.
• Knowledge of distribution, manufacturing, inventory planning, and materials management.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Guide a team of coordinators to provide administrative support to the Operations.
• Handle order processing, prepare and maintain reports and files for all operations records, correspondence, plans, and expenses.
• Assist in the coordination and preparation of all necessary documentation for the movement of cargo.
• Perform tracking and tracing functions, and assist in daily warehouse and administrative activities and communications.
• Liaise closely with external parties to ensure shipments are expedited smoothly.
• Correspondence and liaison with customers and to attend to their enquiries.
• Handle any other ad-hoc / administrative duties.
