Monee is seeking a results-oriented professional to join the Operations Excellence Projects Team in Kuala Lumpur. You will lead strategic and operational initiatives across Customer Service, Risk Operations, Onboarding, Collections, and other critical functions within a fast-paced fintech environment.

Role requires strong analytical skills, project leadership, and experience driving process improvements with measurable impact.

Qualificações

• Experience leading strategic and operational projects across functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven recommendations.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma or BPM is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic and operational improvement projects across multiple business functions, from problem identification and analysis through implementation and post-project evaluation.
• Conduct structured analysis of operational data, business processes, and performance metrics to identify root causes, uncover inefficiencies, and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Drive business transformation and change management initiatives, including the implementation of new processes, operating models, and governance frameworks.
• Lead process reviews and redesign initiatives to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness, translating strategic recommendations into actionable project plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and senior management to align project objectives, establish priorities, and drive execution towards desired business outcomes.
• Own project planning and delivery, including defining scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful implementation.
• Monitor project progress and performance, proactively address execution challenges, and provide regular updates on project status, key risks, and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
• Experience in project management, management consulting, strategy and operations, operational excellence, business transformation, or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead projects or initiatives independently, manage multiple workstreams, and drive execution from planning through implementation in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, banking, or other regulated industries is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret operational data and develop actionable insights using Excel, Google Sheets, or dashboards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across different functions and seniority levels.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Process Management is a plus.
