Job summary

Monee, a leading digital payments provider in Southeast Asia and part of Sea Limited, invites applications for an entry-level Product Management Associate in Kuala Lumpur. You will support end-to-end development of digital payment products, translate business requirements into BRDs, and help drive user engagement and business growth.

The role offers exposure to cross-functional teams across Asia and a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 0-2 years in product management or fintech is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and feedback.
• Familiarity with Agile, UX principles, and product management basics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to rollout and post-deployment monitoring.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and regional teams to translate requirements into BRD.
• Support analysis of feature feasibility, user impact, and alignment with objectives.
• Conduct UAT and coordinate with engineers, designers, and operations on test cases.
• Track key metrics and provide insights on adoption and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare training materials and conduct briefings for internal teams on new features.
• Document test cases, results, and defect management for reviews and sign-offs.
• Stay updated on digital payments trends to contribute ideas for product improvements.
