Job summary

Shopee is seeking an entry-level Operations professional in Kuala Lumpur to support SPX’s in-house courier processes, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. The role collaborates across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly and records are kept up-to-date.

Strong communication, MS Office skills, and a degree in Business or Supply Chain are preferred; Bahasa Melayu is a plus. This is a full-time role based in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with SPX in-house courier operations, including recruitment and onboarding.
• Support attendance, performance management, payroll and disciplinary processes.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for project continuity.
• Maintain accurate records and update relevant trackers; perform ad-hoc tasks.
